
Saturday is normally dumpling day in our house. These dumplings are fried and then steamed to finish. They are really delicious and we have been known to eat 12 each. I get the dumpling wrappers from the freezer section of the Chinese Supermarket (the one at Jervis St. Luas stop is my favourite).
